Choose the duration that suits you: from a short introduction to the city's essential sights to a longer tour combining highlights from both Pest and Buda. Depending on the duration, the route may include public transport to connect different parts of the city efficiently. These are genuine walking tours, covering several kilometres on foot. The longer tours can involve substantial walking, with distances of up to around 10 km (approximately 15,000 steps), so comfortable shoes are essential. We normally do not enter attractions or paid sights during the tour. The focus is on discovering Budapest from the outside, including its architecture, landmarks, history and atmosphere. Dogs are welcome, making these tours a great option for travellers exploring Budapest with their four-legged companion. As public transport may be used, dogs should be comfortable wearing a muzzle.
